15 Times When Turtles Were Infernal
Most people think turtles are slow and boring, but these people have probably never heard of the snapping turtle. These turtles are means son of a gun.
Have you ever seen a turtle attack? A snake? What about a horse? Do you wanna see turtles in action? Keep watching.
As we look at 15 times when turtles were infers, Number 15 green sea turtle versus jellyfish, this turtle has no reservations about approaching and swallowing.
This jellyfish. I had no idea turtles kept track of their weight because I'm pretty sure a jellyfish isn't fattening. This green sea turtle is enjoying a stinging meal, a jellyfish jellyfish, paralyzed prey using neuro toxins and their tentacles.
But the turtle does not seem to be affected close its eyes and uses its flipper. As a shield from the jellyfish is stinging tentacles.
Green sea turtles are predominantly herbivores, but juveniles have been known to feed on jelly fish, another sea turtle, mus on a jelly fish.
It seems like jellyfish don't have much of a defense system against sea turtles. And maybe that's one of the reasons turtles like them.
So much. Number 14, snapping turtle versus snake. This snapping turtle strikes this sea snake with a few mean bites. And although the sea snake is still alive, the turtle isn't yet done.
At one point, the snake seems to be free of the turtle's grass, but the turtle strikes again. And this time it's for good.
The snake's body is cut open and the snake isn't doing much about it. This alligator snapping turtle opens its mouth.
And when this snake thinks it has found Alibaba's cave and enters it at its own risk, the turtle crushes the snake.
Guess next time the snake says open Sesame. It better know it's standing at the right cave entrance, but after this, we all know there won't be a next time.
It looks like his snake managed to get his head inside the turtle's house. And it's pulling on the turtle, probably hoping to tear out some of that tender meat.
The turtle probably bites the snake, forcing it to leave the house in a state of panic. Number 13, snapping turtle attacks, duck.
When a snapping turtle tries to snatch a duckling, mama duck goes bananas and begins to flapper wings and splash water all over the place.
I guess she tries scaring the turtle away, but I'm not sure it had the result she was looking for. Looks like the turtle is not phased.
One bit. This turtle is under water holding onto its prey by one leg. Bird tries to free itself by pushing forward.
But the turtle holds on tide. Just wondering how long this bird can hold its breath under water. Some wildlife enthusiasts on canoes.
Try rescuing a duck from the grip of a mean snapping turtle. One of of the men uses his paddle to help the duck by pushing it forward.
And the duck manages to escape and swim off faster than any duck. I have ever seen this duck struggles to exit the water.
When it is attacked by a snapping turtle, that is nearly two feet long. The Duck's friends watch helplessly, but don't do much to help the duck and see their friend become turtle lunch.
In the process in this video, a snapping turtle is seen eating a small duckling alive snapping turtles are vicious predators with powerful bites.
This sneaky turtle grabs a duckling right under its mother's eyes. It happens so quickly that mama duck is not able to react fast enough.
And she loses one of her duck links. Turtles are expert predators. And when they have a prey targeted, they usually don't miss number 12, snapping turtle attacks, Swan snapping turtles sneaks up on mom and her sins and almost Gobles.
A couple of them up. Mom prevents it from happening. Swans are tough birds, but when a snapping turtle comes looking for the babies to swallow mom and pop, take the kids out of the water away from danger.
There's a predator lurking under these waters that wants to eat these little ones and both Swan parents sense it. So they are on guard, making sure they protect their babies to the death.
If they must number 11, snapping turtle attacks, fish. This orange fish has no clue what's in store for him, but he finds out quick enough.
When this turtle decides to take a few bites out of him, fish is the fence list, but still tries to free himself.
However, it doesn't look good and it doesn't take time before he becomes turtle chow. In this video, we can see a live feed when snapping turtle makes Ragoo out of this small fish.
Will that be enough to satisfy the large turtle's appetite? Your guess is as good as mine. I'm not sure this tiny fish is going to be enough for these famish turtles, but it looks like that's all that's available for the time being it's probably more coming, but they don't know this.
Number 10 snapping turtle eats turtle. Of course this soft shell turtle is no match for snapping turtle. Snapping turtle proves it by crushing.
The small turtle here is a real down and dirty fight between two turtles. They're going at each other like real gladiators may the best turtle win.
Okay. This fight didn't last very long. Was it even a fight? Number nine, alligator snapping turtle attacks fish weighing in at some 150 pounds.
This alligator snapping turtle finds a calm spot, earns calories by becoming just another rock on the bottom. This special sense organ's taste the presence of prey in the murky water.
He opens his mouth wide to set the trap, worm him shape the Pennage on the tip of his tongue called a Verma form lures in a curious fish, one wrong move could give him away.
The fish takes the lure and it is lunchtime and the Mississippi river, the alligator snapping turtles, incredible V like beak and tear through flesh and shatter bone.
The jaw strength of these guys is crazy. True story. I once was fishing with my grandpa and I caught one of these snapping turtles and he almost bit my finger off.
It's incredible. How much is head? Looks like a rock to fool the fish, swimming by boom. There goes another fish swallowed by the turtle, but this time it's in an aquarium.
So it's much easier. Number eight, small snapping turtle versus Cray fish. This guy seems to enjoy watching is baby snapping turtle hunt.
This Cray crayfish turtle is on the offensive, but doesn't kill the crayfish. Immediately. Crayfish bounces all over the place. When the turtle tries to corner it, more crayfish are thrown into the aquarium and that's when it targets one crayfish and just grabs and crushes it in seconds.
Thinking he's not finished yet. And I'm right when he grabs another gray fish, I guess all these crayfish are going through the slaughterhouse.
One by one. These two are stuck in a tiny aquarium, so I'm not sure which of these two creatures is better off the crayfish, which is going to be eaten and won't have to live in prison for the rest of its life or the snapping turtle, which is going to eat the crayfish.
But we'll have to continue living in such despicable, living quarters. In this video, we see another person that enjoys feeding crayfish, the snapping turtles, but this time it's a young snapping turtle.
That's being fed in another small aquarium. Number seven, alligator snapping turtle versus both rock another large turtle in a tiny aquarium.
As a frog for lunch. This turtle holds the frog in its mouth for quite some time before swallowing it whole, this snapping turtle is fed a bull frog for lunch.
Turtle takes its time and doesn't bite the frog for a few seconds until it snaps at the frog and begins by tearing off the legs after which it takes a break before going in for the kill.
Number six, turtle bites, horse. This horse approaches a small turtle and it's somewhat apprehensive about getting too close to the turtle.
And for good reason, look at what happens when he does, as this snapping turtle tries to get home. It meets a horse.
It lets the horse know it's time to get out of the way the horse avoids the warning and smells the turtle.
So the turtle bites, the horse, which startles the large animal and scares the living daylights out of him. Horses are massive and strong and a kick from a horse can do a lot of of damage.
But watch what happens when these horses notice a turtle on the ground and get a little too close for comfort, the turtle moves abruptly and scares the animals to death.
As they run for daylight right away. Number five, turtle bites, dog. This poor dog tries to sniff this turtle, but the turtle tries to bite the dog's nose off.
Turtle's name is IGO Montoya, and he told the dog prepared to die. This poor dog, put his nose where it didn't belong.
And now he has his paw stuck in this snapping turtle's mouth. It's biting the turtle, but he can't get a grip because he's biting the shell, which is like an armor.
Maybe the idiot filming could help his dog. Instead of making a movie about him, suffering a few dogs, meet an ninja turtle and they realize the legend is true.
When the turtle lets the dogs get a taste of its medicine dogs back off and look at the turtle puzzle and wondering how such a small animal can be.
So meat, a dog tries to relax when his friend, the turtle bites his ear, which makes the canine jump and bite.
The turtle back dog is annoyed, but these two live together. So they better make the best of their relationship. Number four, turtle versus birds.
This turtle enjoys pigeons, but no one sat this pigeon the memo and it appears it is learning the hard way when the turtle snatches it and turns it into pigeon stew.
This tortoise, isn't just roaming around. It's moving towards this little bird because it's on the prowl. And I believe it wants the devour, the bird, but the bird has no idea, which is why it's still standing there rather than fleeing.
The turtle gets close enough to eat the bird. The bird begins to flop its wings, but can't fly away. Now.
It all makes sense. Poor bird sense the danger, but for some reason was unable to fly. So it paid with its live.
A Pelican mistakenly tries to grab a turtle thinking it's a fish in return. He what he doesn't deserve. Unfortunately, the Pelican breaks his bill and will no longer be able to eat, which means a slow and painful death because of lack of food.
Number three, turtle attacks, rats, snapping turtles, eat rats and are more vicious than alligators. Snapping turtles, red or sliders eat mice and rats warning.
This is a brutal live feeding. Another rat is placed into an aquarium and the turtle's owner is enjoying every second of this feeding as he films the entire thing, I guess everyone has a favorite activity.
They like doing with their kids. Some it's taking them to the park and others. It's showing them how a turtle eats a rat alive in an aquarium.
This turtle is fed a white rat to begin with Howard able to keep such a massive animal in such a little space.
Secondly, they put a live rat in there before rat fought for a long time. And I'm sure drowned before it was eaten, was doomed to drown.
Once it was thrown into the water with no way out, it was then swallowed by hole by the turtle. Number two, turtle tortoise fight.
Most of the tortoises in the wild loaners, they roam a large area and only come across other tortoises a few times a year.
If two tortoises come into contact, they will either fight or mate. After that they go their separate ways. There's a chance that males will engage in a fight when they meet GU horns or bony protrusions on the front of the plaster drawn are used by male desert tortoises in combat.
When the subordinate male is forced to retreat or is flipped onto his back, the fight is over. This man was at a camp and a 40 pound turtle appeared to be mating with a smaller 15 to 20 pound turtle.
Then another large turtle entered the pitcher in a five hour long fight ensued between the two. I suppose, if you want the ladies, you're willing to make a lot of sacrifices.
After the fight, they swam into shallow water to cool down. Number one, turtle eats crab shrimp. A common snapping turtle gets ready for lunch after it meets and greets its lunch, a terrified crab and the small aquarium where it lives, the crab fights back.
But how long will it be able to resist before the turtle devours it this much larger snapping turtle doesn't waste any time and grabs a small crab by the leg to crush it.
The crab has some nifty moves of its own and avoids the worst for the time being. But it's only a matter of time before the crab is fish on a stick.
This crab has already lost one Piner and it's about to lose the other one soon because this turtle is famished.
The Manti shrimp is a formidable hunter, all things being relative, of course, but when it meets a snapping turtle, the shrimp is crushed, broken into pieces and eaten as if it were an insect.
A small baby crocodile is thrown into a snapping turtle's aquarium to feed the turtle. The turtle doesn't waste any time eating its lunch.
It's strange watching a reptile that turns into a beast when it is older being eaten by a turtle. This battle is not for the faint of a heart as the two creatures fight like the best of them.
The two owners seem to have a blast watching their pets, battle it out like true gladiators bonus clip, snapping turtle attacks, porcupine.
We have seen many animals attack porcupines and regret it afterwards. So let's watch and see how this snapping turtle handles itself.
When it encounters the prickly animal in the water, it looks like the porcupine is dead and the turtle is eating it from under, which makes sense since there are no quills on the porcupine belly who would've thought a turtle would find a better way to kill a porcupine than a leopard and or even a lion.
I'm very impressed by these turtles and their hunting skills. But my favorite was the horse running for his life after the turtle bit its nose.
